We want you to love your ModCloth finds, but if a piece doesn't quite fit your vision, we offer easy returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, which includes a bonus for your next vintage-inspired find.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
